Another .6 pounds down! And only 4 more to go. Hopefully I can get there in the next 6 weigh ins.
I think taking those hot baths might be helping.
I also switched my deodorant and my body wash this week too. Kind of a last minute switch, but I needed to find something that would speed up my weight loss.
This diet gets a lot easier the last week and a half. I actually have to watch myself because I can eat under my calories and have no idea.
