So we decided the beginning of October last year to put our house up for sale. I was a little apprehensive about it because I love our ward/neighbors. We built our house with full intention of staying in it for only a couple years. But we fell in love with our area and couldn't leave. We're working on our 6th year. We've also slapped ourselves for not selling 3 years ago, too, when the housing prices were out of control. We'll still be able to sell it for more then what we owe, but to know we could have made a killing makes us sick.
Anyway, we've decided it's time to make our money out of this house, like we planned to, and move on. We are very sad to go and hope we find a ward and neighbors that are just as great.
And if you know of anyone that wants to move into a great area, and an awesome home, we know just the one....
